She is also the Chairman and Whole Time Director Of Imperative Business Ventures Limited, Tremplin Impex Private Limited and ImperaLabs Infotech Private Limited. She leads Aatmasanman with a purpose to bolster women entrepreneurship and aims to inspire, motivate, and mentor every person and the entrepreneur within them towards fulfilling their dream.

Mrs. Sakshi Paithankar is the Founder And Managing Director of Aatmasanman Boutique Private Limited. She is proficient in managing the entire lifecycle of several businesses right from the early stages of concept, design, architecture, development, financing, acquisitions, marketing to execution of plans. She has successfully transformed many start-up ventures into big business houses and have built a strong network globally. She is also the Director at Imperative Business Ventures Limited and is actively involved in organizing and managing travel division of the company.
